Mausi Sebess is Latin America's leading culinary arts institute and has been training top cooks since 1994. The staf was educated at the best schools around the world including, France, Italiy, China, Thailand, India, The United States and Switzerland and is equipped with the widest possible range of culinary experiente. Addionally, it has gained invaluable knowledge by working with a number of the best chefs in some of the world's top restaurants such as Paul bocuse, Georges Blanc and Alain Ducasse and has won the first medals for Latin America in Luxembourg's 2002 Culinary World Cup representing Argentina. Students come from all over the world to gain a first class training and qualification in culinary arts' techniques used in traditional French cuisine, vegetarian and wholefood cookery, Mediterranean and Middle and Far Eastern cuisines.
The institute is privately owned and is managed personally by its owners, the Sebess family, aided by a complement of 15 staff. Situated in a residential neighborhood, Mausi Sebess is just 10 minutes train ride from downtown Buenos Aires.
The Mausi Sebess Professional Culinary Artes Institute's accelerated five and ten months program as well as the sequential intensive one week programs have national approvals and are accredited by the Buenos Aires's province education authorities (Dirección General de Cultura y educación de la Província de Buenos Aires) for professional education.
