The six large teaching kitchens at Mausi Sebess have been professionally built and fully equipped with the latest technology. They were designed to provide maximum working space for individual comprehensive hands-on training. One lecture room for theory classes and one room for wine and spirits studies is also available (make a virtual tour). A low student:teacher ratio of 10:1 in pastry or 12:1 in cuisine ensures personal attention and a unique friendly atmosphere.
